We have released our latest price estimates incorporating data up to the end of September 2021.

The heatmaps for sale and rental price changes below show which areas have changed and by how much over the past three months.

Red is going up, blue is going down and white means not much price movement at all!

Over the last three months, the sales market has continued rising in almost all locations but particularly in the North West, East and South East.

No blue in sight! London rental prices are continuing to tick up but the rate of change is by far the fastest in Central London with price increases of 10%+ in some areas.

These rises are rapidly reversing the 'Covid drop' experienced in these areas over 2020 and early 2021.
