Back to articles
Nov 10 - 2021

We have updated our website with data up to the end of October 2021

As usual, I have included some heatmaps showing how much the sale and rental markets have changed over the last 3 months. (1st August - 31st October)

London sale prices continue to rise in almost all areas of the city.

Average sale price change (01 Aug 2021 - 31 October 2021)
Average sale price change (01 Aug 2021 - 31 October 2021)
Average rental price change (01 Aug 2021 - 31 October 2021)
Average rental price change (01 Aug 2021 - 31 October 2021)

A very similar picture to last months update with most areas flat/slowly increasing, but central London seeing a very sharp increase as it continues to recover from the Covid drop.

Average rental prices in Prime Central London peaked in November 2019 and then fell 14.6% to March 2021. Since then, they have been recovering and now stand at only 4.4% down from the November 2019 peak.

All these numbers are area averages. If you want to see how the market for your property has changed, or to explore the map, log in at www.bricksandlogic.com.

Don't forget to add your property to your shortlist to receive regular updates on both price changes and new sales and lets posted in the area and see how they change the pricing for your property.
