Our March update contains data up to the end of February 2022

Below are our latest heatmaps showing how much the sale and rental markets have changed over the past 3 months.

Average sale price change between 01 December 2021 and 28 February 2022

The average sale price in Greater London has risen by 1.9% in the last 3 months. As the heatmap below shows, the growth is concentrated in in the East, South and West with average prices rises of ~3.5%.

The average rental price across London is up 2.6% in the last 3 months with rents rising everywhere.
There is particularly strong growth in Zone 1 where average rental prices are up ~5%.
