Beautiful new maps launched.

We've just launched some beautiful new maps showing price changes over time which nicely illustrate what's been going on in London property and where and by how much property prices have been changing.

As always, our data is as up-to-date as possible utilising live data from our growing number of estate agent contributors. 

Our maps show averages for areas which can contain many different property types.

During the various lockdowns, rental prices crashed in the central areas of London where smaller flats are more common and became a lot less desirable. Outlying areas saw a modest price increase.

Over the last three months however the central London market has started to reverse some of the losses

Unsurprisingly sales price movement has also been concentrated on the outskirts over the pandemic with central London pricing remaining broadly flat but elsewhere seeing some substantial growth

The last 3 months has broadly seen a continuation on the same theme with perhaps the start of a recovery in the more central areas.
