Below are our latest heatmaps showing how much the sale and rental markets have changed over the past 3 months.

Average sale price change between 01 November 2021 and 31 January 2022

The average sale price in Greater London has risen by 2% in the last 3 months but as usual not all areas are equal! The East and South East are seeing the strongest growth along with Prime London (Chelsea, Westminster etc) Elsewhere positive but less so.

Average rental price change between 01 November 2021 and 31 January 2022

The average rental price across London is also up 2% in the last 3 months with very strong growth continuing in those parts of Central London where Covid caused the deepest drops (+7%).
