Our latest heatmaps (below), show how much the sale and rental markets have changed over the past three months.
Average sale price change between 30 April 2022 and 31 July 2022
Across the city, the average sale price increased by 1.7% over the past three months. July was the third consecutive month in which price growth decreased relative to the previous month, lending further weight to a continued cooling in the market. Most of the growth is now concentrated in the South, South West and to a lesser extent, the East, with many areas showing little to no growth.

Across London, the average rental price increased by 2.7% over the past three months. Most areas continue to show strong price growth.
